   Brief Eligibility and Qualification of Tenderer: 1. Legal Capacity: (a) The firm must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh & Enlisted of FRC to be eligible for these services. (b) Updated Valid Trade License, CA Firm Registration, Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT Registration, Bank Statement, Certificate of Practice (COP) and relevant documents & certification 2. Experience: (a) Minimum 08 (eight) years of professional experience in external auditing sector. (b) Proven track record of conducting audits for government agencies, development projects, donor-funded projects, or large private sector organizations. (c) Minimum 02 specific experience of relevant service in government/govt. autonomous/govt. project body which minimum each value 40 (Forty) Lac taka. Need to Submit completion certification. (d) The firm must have performed a minimum of 20 (twenty) audits of companies in the last three years 3. Management competency: (a) Must have a minimum qualified Chartered Accountants and experienced audit staff for this service. (b) The firm shall state the size of the firm, the size of its audit staff, the location of the office where this engagement is to be performed, and the number and nature of the professional staff to be employed in this engagement on a full- and part-time basis. Submit short CV for proposed manpower. 4. Financial Capacity: (a) The firm must demonstrate sound financial standing and submit bank solvency certificate. (b) Must average annual turnover at least 50 lac taka over the last three years. 5. Joint Venture (JV): a) A maximum of 03 (three) companies will be permitted to form a joint venture, and the joint venture partner will independently prepare the Financial Statement, Asset Valuation, and Auditing Report separately. It is encouraged to apply for a joint venture in order to produce a valid report in accordance with regulations of FRC.
