The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Conclude A Service Provision Contract For The Assembly Of Stands, Audiovisual Services (Filming, Broadcasting Audiovisual Images, Management) And A Stage Lighting Concept. The Contract Concluded Will Be Limited To The Execution Of The Services Requested For The D’Yep-Schoulfoire. The D’Yep-Schoulfoire Is One Of The Largest Events Organized By The Ministry Of National Education, Children And Youth. It Takes Place At The Luxexpo The Box In Kirchberg. The D’Yep-Schoulfoire Lasts 4 Days. It Is Intended To Bring Together All Members Of The School Community And Is Open, At Certain Times, To The General Public. The D’Yep-Schoulfoire Offers Many Activities And Includes Many Information Stands. These Include: - More Than 35 Workshops For Children - Two Arenas In Which Many Shows And Activities Of Different Types Take Place - High School Stands As Well As Information Stands From Ministerial Departments - Stands From Other Stakeholders In National Education The Bidder Will Be Responsible For Carrying Out All Services Related To The Stands And Audiovisual. The Contract Therefore Includes Several Components: • Development Of A Stage, Lighting, Sound And Video Concept For The Yep-Schoulfoire • Assembly Of Stands And Execution Of Services Relating To The Stands Of The Workshops And The Arena Of The Yep-Schoulfoire • Postproduction Of Videos Of The Shows Produced • Dismantling Of The Stands And Arenas As Well As The Lighting And All Technical Equipment Used. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Ensure A Quality Service As Defined In These Specifications And Its Annexes. Any Provision To The Contrary That Has Not Received The Formal Approval Of Both Parties Will Be Considered Null And Void.
