Contracting of continuous engineering services, encompassing the operation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of building systems within the properties under the jurisdiction of the Regional Administration Superintendence in Mato Grosso (SRA/MT) of the MGI, including the provision of dedicated personnel and the materials necessary for the execution of said services, in accordance with the conditions and requirements established in the Public Notice and its annexes.
