The object of this instrument is the acquisition of consumable materials to meet the needs of the Leopoldina Municipal Education Network, as provided for in the Action Plan linked to Parliamentary Amendment No. 202443020007, sponsored by Federal Deputy Ana Pimentel, in accordance with the specifications and quantities set forth in the Terms of Reference.
