notice_summary_english: The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of professional services connected with the preparation of 6 project documentation for the modernization of hospitals in Ukraine and the performance of contracting activities, including the administration of public contracts of the contracting authority.

Specifically, these activities are:
1. Preparation of project documentation - The supplier will prepare project documentation for the modernization of 6 Ukrainian hospitals based on the documents provided by the client. The project documentation will be prepared in English and will be based on the structure of the project topics prepared by the hospitals. The supplier will also deal with and incorporate the comments of the contracting authority and the EU delegation in Kyiv (DEU) on the project documentation.
2. Provision of professional project administration services.
3. Complex preparation, organizational assurance and administration of procurement procedures for awarding public contracts in the Czech Republic or Ukraine. 8 procurement procedures under the ZZVZ regime and 6 procurement procedures under the Ukrainian public procurement law regime are expected directly for Ukrainian hospitals.
